Four Stars for “Close Enough to Kill” by Beverly Barton

Four Stars for
Beverly Barton’s
“Close Enough To Kill.”
A fast-paced mystery that will keep you intrigued to discover “who done it?” Although, as a writer, I figured it out quite quickly, the book was still interesting enough to see how the plot unfolded.Set in a small town in Alabama … a female sheriff with daddy issues (father was the former and very popular sheriff) … enter a handsome big city police detective … a psycho killer looking for the perfect woman, and never quite finding her … need I say more. I think I will just let you read the book for yourself. Worth curling up with your favorite drink and spending a few hours with the written word.
