INTERVIEW WITH JOAN MINNERY –

WALKING ALONG BESIDE JOAN

AS SHE TELLS US ABOUT HER AMAZING JOURNEY IN HER BOOK

“WALKING MY WAY BACK TO ME”

Joan, you have had quite a journey over the past number of years – why don’t we start off by having you tell us what a day in the life of Joan Minnery was like before 2010…

What happened to make you want to change your life?

What made you decide to write your story –  “Walking My Way Back to Me” – down in a book?

You are a busy lady within the community – what are some of the things you are doing to help others “get fit?”

There are a lot of books and programs out there about how to lose weight and get in shape – How does your story differ from them?

What was the hardest part for you when you were writing “Walking My Way Back to Me”?

Any words of advise for us?

Where can we find your book? (September 2014 -Pre-Book launch)

Where will we be able to find your book?
