As a child, I had a dream … as a young adult, I struggled to keep the flames of my dream glowing … as a middle-aged adult, I began to come from my cocoon of self-doubt … as an adult entering the golden years, I believe in myself, and even though I might falter occasionally, I am now flying high with my dream – my legacy to the generations to come.
Even though what people say about us might hurt, and even delay our moving forward toward our dreams – it really shouldn’t matter…
Even though life gets in the way and delays our dreams, we must realize it doesn’t matter how long it takes to attain those dreams – it is the final realization that matters…
Even though you may not believe you are being true to your dreams, or to yourself – it is what you genuinely feel inside that matters…
Let no one take away who you truly are – let no one tell you not to follow your heart – it is being true to self that will keep your heart beating long after your last breath…
